What USDXu points are

USDXu points are loyalty points issued by Paycoi for shopping across websites operated in the Paycoi ecosystem. Every 25,000 points take $1.00 off an order.

What points are not

Points are not money, e-money, a deposit or a cryptocurrency. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or crypto, or sold for money.

Sending points to other members

You can send points to another Paycoi wallet by scanning their QR code or entering their wallet code (PC-XXXXXX). Points keep their type: purchased points stay purchased, bonus points keep their original expiry date and spending limit. A transfer cannot be reversed, so check the recipient's name before you confirm. Transfers have per-transfer and 24-hour limits, and large transfers ask for your password or an email code. Selling points for money is not allowed; wallets that do so may be locked.

Earning and buying points

You earn bonus points on purchases, your first order and successful referrals. You can also buy points in packs. Points bought with money never expire; bonus points expire 365 days after they are added. Bonus points can cover up to 30% of an order.

Refunds

If an order is refunded, the points you spent on it are returned to your wallet and the points it earned are removed. Unused purchased points can be refunded on request within 7 days if no part of the pack has been used.

Account security

Keep your email and password safe. We never ask for your login code. We may lock accounts involved in fraud or chargeback abuse and remove points obtained that way.
